Return Policy

Return Procedure:

  1. Keep all packaging materials, including original packaging, receipts, and related gifts.

  2. Contact us within three days of receiving the goods to request a return.

  3. After confirming that the condition of the goods meets the requirements of the return policy, we will promptly inform you of the return application status.

  4. Refunds will be arranged within seven working days after the goods are returned.

*If we fail to retrieve the goods within seven days, we reserve the right to cancel the return or exchange.


We have the right to refuse customers' return or exchange requests in the following circumstances:

  1. Return or exchange requests made after the deadline.

  2. Goods that have been opened, used, or damaged due to personal reasons.

  3. The customer's shipping documents are lost or incomplete.

  4. The product is not provided by us.

  5. There is a color difference between the picture and the actual item.

*Customers should consider the shipping risk before making a purchase. If there is any damage or loss during shipping, customers will be responsible for the loss.

*If a customer requests to cancel an order due to personal reasons after payment, a handling fee of 5% of the total order cost will be deducted as a refund.
